    Manually. But its the best company I could find. :L Its usually only for huge buisnesses, but i manged to find a smaller one for us.

    Im not sure. Its a lot, but not as much as other companies. Paypal is still THE BEST option.

    This way, i have to give them about 50% of the profits, which is f*ck loads. and with paypal its about 5%
