Runes! Runes! And more Runes! Given that runes are so easily obtained, I'm highly against this. High level mage spells, are not suppose to easily obtained as they are now. I have a million of basically every rune. I do suggest that we remove the high level ones, and make them like rune arrows. Obtained only from crafting, and buying from players. The basic runes, such as minds, airs, fire, water, earth, and chaos, should only be obtained from the Magic Orb. But set a timer on it, like in original RS's, Magic Tutor, once every 30 minutes.

possibly more than once every 30 minutes, considering the orb gives enough runes to last most players several days of magic-ing.

That'd be a bit too much work, just decrease the amount of runes given to like 500-750 each or soo.. with every thirty minutes.
