    Voting Rewards

    I'm slowly getting better at this php, so I've integrated voting rewards. Every time you vote you get 4.5m GP. I decided on that because it is quite a lot, without being excessive (I don't think, tell me if I'm wrong).

    As you vote, it checks whether the server is online, and if it is, sends you the cash. If it is not, it wont send you the cash, but will let you vote again when the server is back on. The system is completely foolproof, but tell me if you find any errors.

    hmm.. it gived 3m :/ (or it said, it did Smile) but yay ^^ 3m for boosting server

    Well first off. if the server is offline people wont vote because they wont get a reward so... maybe we should find a way to make where you get money as soon as server is online you get all the money from voting that you didn't receive.

    when you vote, it takes your Ip adress and makes a file on my web-server called "youripadress".txt which contains the date. When you log into the server, it looks for that file called "youripadress".txt and gives you the money. It containing the date means I can add restrictions about it only giving it you once when you vote, rather than every time you login, and making sure that people don't just continuously vote every 3 seconds for cash. Only once a day Smile

    And the red cross error should be fixed now. There was a problem with the web hosting sockets.

    the CMD said there was a client update,due to this the clent was unable to connect "game connect error thing" this happened like 4 times. since then i have been able to log in

    When was this? And its not 'due' to that. they are seperate. The first is either that you try to connect when you are offline, when my file host has 0 bandwith, or when there is a client update, which there hasnt been in a while. The second means the server is off.

    ... So the money goes to the first account you log onto from your IP address?? - so in kyles case, if he votes then collin logs in Kyle will lose out on his 4.5m??

    does it also prevent you from voting 2ce per day or does it let you just not give the money??
