Okay, I've realised that while I was pushing everyone to vote more often we actually gained more votes though those months which then lead to us gaining more new users.
I've also noticed that since we left xtremetop100 we haven't has as much traffic as we had before - this might be because we aren't any longer on the first page or just because the new voting site (is it mmorpgtoplist??) doesn't get as much traffic despite the fact that xtremetop100 doesn't seem to be fully functional.
Starting from now and till the end of November I'm going to try and get as many people to vote as possible to try and get us onto the first page of the top list to see if this has any affect on how many new people register on the forums.
I'm also going to attempt to work very closely with some of the newer members of the community to try and establish why they joined this server rather than any other so that we can build on those USP's that drove them to join us rather than anyone else and using this we could then create a top list page that might mean we are viewed as a better server.
