It's in the titles, things like wow gold Death and Decay, the frost from the final boss of Pit of Saron, the cave there as well. The frostbomb markers that the dragons before sindragosa leave, lots of things just aren't buy wow gold appearing. There's some mild coloration with things like Death and Decay, but otherwise, there is no texture.
All my settings are on max, and I still cannot see these textures.

Edit: Just a cheap wow gold side note, I find when I get into wow for the first time everything looks very smooth, characters and weapons take about 30 seconds to appear, along with the loss of wow gold these smooth textures.
