The requirements are:
99 Attack
99 Strength
99 Defence
99 Hitpoints
99 Summoning
99 Prayer
99 Mage
80 Range

Well it would be better if it was 99 range because it would be more of an accomplishment.

cube you spent ages getting 99 range and it is damb near impossible.

And the guy behind the door in edge bank gives the cape

I think you should remove range on the skillcape or make people start with 99 because of the problem of it.

theres no problem with range really, its only a matter of playing a bit its not that hard. i did all skills 99 (including rc, farming, range and other combat skills) under 3 days of playing the ultimate combat skillcape and the skillers skillcape are not ment to be owned anyone whos been playing for 2 hours -.-

There is a problem with range in that it bugs the server and annoys all the other users..

3 days for every 99 is a bit short

He probably had nothing betters to do on @ school

well 3 days = 72 hours of continious level grinding

Wel I don't know it because didn't play yet but I do think if you do a ultimate cape combat cape do it right set 99 ranged it might be hard but isnt that just the meaning off it ?

I'm not I played a server it literately took days to get max ranged it went to level 135 and me and my friend had after about 1 week 110 thats not even halfway there.
Tho you didn't need to do anything just click a range target and wait the server was called rs3 newstart wasn't famous but was fun because it took so long to level.
I expect you would need to play about 13 hours for hardest 99 and 4 hours for easyest 99 and the rest in between there.

I also agree that its more fun to have to work towards level 99's

And you all are complaining about not gettin a combat cape, listen, a combat cape is the BEST CAPE to get and therefore should not be easy to get, quit the yapping.

I hope when the time comes when we have a vps that john will allow me to work on (with others is necessary) improving the leveling system.

I got a combat cape, w0000t and the quickest 99 takes 30mins, hardest is range by farrrr and takes too long i cba to count
