Crash APPLICATION FOR server Mod (what i am now.)

this is my mod/apply. (hopefully better than my first one.) And i hope you enjoy reading it.as i did making it.

About Yourself (about 50 words):im kinda funny i love to help people,its what i love doing,and i love to turn anything into a joke.And i am very competitive oh yes...love to fight i also think of epic ideas (guthix godsword)i like to keep the server within rule's so people dont go and break one without knowning they did it,basicly i just like people to play a game without getting into trouble.
Why you want to have this position:because i love to help people,
How you would help in this position (in your own words, not copied from above) (about 75 words+):well,as im very active,i can almost handle all (if any) people online,i know almost everything about the server,so im very known to almost every bug,type thing in the server,i can tell people what to do,what to start with,basicly start them to a powerscaper (lol)and help them to be one of the players.i can basicly tell a player what has happened (like a reset) or tell them what works and what doesn't.
Name 3 things you would change about the server/forums/staff:
1. we could have staff meetings
2.only co owner+ can spawn.
3.more working things in the server
4. people who use (p ring) or something like that should not be on the highscores.

This isn't a case of winning / losing, its a case of whether john (and other members of staff & community) are happy for them to become a member of staff again and whether or not they will do the job well.

PS: I think the 3 suggestions was a good idea, as i get to see people's opinions in a much more organised way. I could just remove pring and reset anyones levels thats used ::master ?

I never thought i would say this but:
I think it is more fair for the players that don't have it and im lately just a lazy bum
BUT I've done some 99s when there wasnt ::master yet or a P ring so i don't mind if you reset my skills but i do want my old skills from when there wasnt ::master
