A cape for those with 99 in all non-combat skills.

mayb something with like the combat cape but not every skiller skill on it (and a better trim)

yay for normal paint and boredom!!!! could do better but im lazy =D basic draft =P modify it or watever u want idc xD i just like the colours =] also if you do make a skiller cape, you should make it more rare by lowering exp rates on some of the skills so then its actually a challenge like the combat cape

Is there a way of restricting it so that the only people that can wear the cape are those with 1att 1str 1def etc etc??

We need a cape for 99Everything as well as just 99Skills

guys i know my editing sucks iv learned how to edit today and this is what iv comeup with sofar (btw the 2nd one isint mine) but it would be cool to add =] so guys tell me what u think

Holy crap t3h you need to be more patient when editing things like make edges look more smooth and get rid of things around the edge.

T3h.....yours is the combat cape with changed picture...... cant you atleast try and make 1 fully by yourself?

Lol t3h I can't edit. All I do is very basic edits to things which takes time and patience and mainly a good idea
I also use Photoshop CS5 so I can at least make it look 1/2 decent by the time I've finished, I recommend if you're not going to pay for software that you get GIMP

However I think the idea of using the combat cape but changing the icons is a good idea because they would almost be a set however I think using the level symbol (the graph thing) might be the best idea on the basis that there are too many skills to involve all the symbols

Also I've seen winged capes and stuff of other servers and personally I think they make the server more laggy, idk why

What about split it up in a few capes the production skills: Mining, fishing woodcutting, fletching, runecrafting thieving and Hunter.
And the non production skills you normally would have to pay for in real rs.
Smithing Cooking Firemaking Agility Herblore crafting and Construction. I might be forgetting some skills but oh wel got the most off em I think.

Yea but doesn't that defeat the point of having a maxed skill cape if it doesn't symbolise all skills or have to have more than one cape.
